Request an escalation for an individual ticket by using the form below. If we can, we’ll move the ticket to the front of our support queue; escalated jobs are charged at time-and-a-half (£165+VAT/hr) with a minimum job of 30 minutes, and normally dealt with within a few hours. If we are unable to accommodate the escalation by 10am on the next working day, it will be addressed and charged as normal.
