Whether we’re building a new website, refreshing your brand identity, or developing a custom tool, we make sure the process is clear, structured and collaborative – without unnecessary red tape.
A single point of contact (or two)
You’ll have a named project manager (or sometimes a pair, depending on the scope and timeline) who will guide your project from day one. They’ll be your go-to contact for updates, questions, and planning – and they’ll coordinate with our developers, designers, and content team to keep everything on track.
Basecamp for organisation and communication
We use Basecamp as our project management platform. It gives us – and you – a shared space to:
- Keep a record of decisions and discussions
- Track tasks and deadlines
- Upload documents and design drafts
- Centralise feedback and updates
- Stay organised and avoid dropped balls
It’s easy to use, requires no training, and helps everyone stay on the same page.
Regular check-ins and key milestones
We’re in frequent contact by email or Basecamp messages, but we also schedule video calls (or in-person meetings where feasible) at important points in the project – from initial planning and design walkthroughs to pre-launch checklists and post-launch reviews.
We’re also happy to jump on a call at short notice if anything crops up or you need a steer.
Design feedback made easy
We use a tool called Kitchen to present design work and gather feedback in a clean, user-friendly interface. It’s much easier than trying to comment on a PDF or forward screenshots around your team – you can leave comments directly on the design, and we can respond in context.
We can also supply wireframes or Figma links for more collaborative or technical design stages.
I think the little video snippets to help us project manage our way through each section were excellent. You understood the nature of our stakeholders and the need for engagement and involvement. This made it much easier for a committee of people to work their way through at times to suit them, and to enable us to keep the decision making moving along. Genius.
Direct access to our team
While your project manager will handle most of the day-to-day coordination, you’re welcome to contact any member of our team directly – including designers, developers or content editors – especially once the project is underway and you’ve built a working relationship.

Flexible but structured
Some of our clients want detailed timelines and Gantt charts; others prefer a more agile, conversational approach. We can work in either mode – or somewhere in between – but always with enough structure to ensure nothing gets lost and your project keeps moving forward.
